Returns & Exchanges
Cooling off period
When you order from us online, you are entitled to a cooling off period when
you can return your goods without any penalty. Our cooling off period is 30 days,
which includes any statutory cooling off period.
This period starts the day the contract is agreed (i.e. you receive an email from
us saying we have dispatched your order) and ends 30 days after the day following
delivery of the goods.
Pierced jewellery and earrings are excluded from the cooling off period guarantee,
unless we are at fault.

How to return an item
Jewellery must be unused and be in pristine condition and be returned with the
original presentation box (if applicable). Please follow the steps below to enable
us to process your refund efficiently.
Return by post
What you need to do:
- If any product does not meet your expectations or is unwanted then
contact us within 30 days of receipt stating
your reason for return. You will need to quote your original order reference
ID. We will then issue you with a Returns Number.
- Secure the product in its original and unused condition, including the presentation
case (if applicable) and any accompanying documentation (if applicable) in a
plain cardboard box or robust envelope with original packaging and materials.
Make sure the parcel is sealed securely. You should also place a copy of the
dispatch note you received with your order into the parcel.
- For refunds: once we have assessed the items, the money will be put back
on to the PayPal account that was used to place the order online.
- For your own benefit, to return an item we suggest using Royal Mail's Special
Delivery service quoting your returns number. This will ensure that there is
proof of delivery and insurance on the goods whilst in transit. You need to
insure the package for the full amount of the invoice. This postage cost is
only refunded if the products are faulty.
M & M Wholesale Jewellery cannot accept any responsibility for returned
items that have been returned back to us by normal post. Note that M & M
Wholesale Jewellery shall not be responsible for items lost or damaged during
transit.
- Please address all returned parcels to:
M & M Returns Dept, 8 Chelsea Gardens, Houghton Regis, Dunstable, Beds
LU5 5RW, United Kingdom
PLEASE NOTE: Do not under any circumstances address any parcels
to "M & M Wholesale Jewellery" or write "jewellery" or other luxury-related
words anywhere on the package, because it advertises the fact the parcel may
contain jewellery and dramatically increases the chances of your parcel going
missing in the post, as this invites possible theft of the package.
- We will notify you by email when we have processed your refund. If you need
further clarification or details of
Our Refunds Policy, please visit our
Terms
& Conditions.
For all enquiries regarding missing parcels please contact Royal Mail Customer Services
at
http://www.royalmail.com/portal/rm
or telephone 08457 740 740.
If any items are returned because they are unwanted our original postage & packing
costs are deducted from the value of your refund.
Rings that have been ordered in a specific size may be exchanged for a different
size but will incur an additional postage & packing cost of 2.95 GBP for
this service. If the size of your ring is slightly too small or too large it is
probably better for you to consult your local jeweller who will be able to offer
a resizing service at a small nominal cost.
This returns policy does not affect your
statutory
rights.

Cancelling an order before despatch
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time
before we dispatch it. Please visit our contact
us page to send us an email. You will need to send us your name and address
details, as well as your order number to cancel your order.
If you cancel part of an order the postage and packaging charge is recalculated
on the price of the goods you keep. For example, if your order is for £110 worth
of goods and you then cancel a £15 item, your order total will drop below £100,
and you will no longer qualify for FREE delivery.

Faulty Items
The procedures, set out here, to cancel an order or return an item do not affect
your right to reject faulty goods. Further information can be found at
www.consumerdirect.gov.uk. If you
do receive a faulty item, please follow one of the procedures outlined above.
Returning a gift
Cash refunds for gifts can only be made to the
PayPal account used to purchase
the goods. So if you buy a gift online, the recipient will not be able to get a
cash refund if they want to return the goods.
