Placing Your First Order
This page contains step-by-step instructions on how to place your first order. Click the links below for information about each step:

Find what you want to buy
If you already know what you want to buy, the easiest way to find it is to type its name in any of the search boxes around the website. For more information, see Find What You Want.
Alternatively, type a general name (for example, "silver rings") in a search box, or click tabs and links around the website until you discover something interesting.
To get more information about a product, click its name to see its product information page. There you'll find:
- image/s of the item
- the item's availability
- background information
- reviews
- the buttons you need to add the item to your Shopping Basket

Add it to your Shopping Basket
The Shopping Basket is where you store items you intend to buy. You can always delete items from the Shopping Basket or save them for later if you change your mind. When you find what you want (or what you might want) click the "Buy Now" button on the item's product information page.
When you've added everything you want to the Shopping Basket, click "Shopping Cart" in the right-hand menu of the page.
To start filling in the order form, click the "Proceed to checkout" button.

Fill in the order form
The instructions below outline each ordering step. If you have difficulty, please contact us.
Sign in
You may either "Proceed Directly to Checkout" or if you are a New
Customer and wish to set up an account with us, under the "New Customer" box, click the "Create
Account" button.
On the My Account Information page, you will need to complete the relevant form. The e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address we can use to communicate with you about your order, so please double-check it. You must use your own e-mail address, even if you're buying something for someone else.
Provide a password
Choose a password for your account. We will not provide the password for you. You'll be able to use your e-mail address and password to make changes to your order and account information any time you like, so make sure you remember which e-mail address and password you used.
Enter a delivery address
Tell us where you'd like us to send your order, and let us know if any of the items are to be gifts (if so, you'll be given a chance to order
giftwrap and add a gift note).

Select a delivery method and delivery option
Consider how quickly you'd like to receive your order, and choose a delivery
method. If there's more than one item in your order, you'll be given the following delivery options:
- Group my items into as few deliveries as possible
- I want my items faster. Dispatch items as they become available (at additional cost)
If you choose the second option, we'll dispatch items to you as they become available, beginning with those already in stock. You'll be charged for each separate delivery.
The delivery charge for your order will be displayed on the order summary page just before you submit your order.

Provide a method of payment
Next, let us know how you want to
pay for your order. We accept
PayPal, cheques or postal orders (denominated in Pounds Sterling) and M & M Wholesale Jewellery.co.uk gift certificates as payment. All orders must be prepaid.

Review and submit your order
Check the information you've provided and make adjustments by clicking the "edit" button next to the relevant information. When you're ready, click the "Place Your Order" button to submit your order. We'll then send you a confirmation e-mail message. We'll also send you an e-mail message when we dispatch the order to you.
