Making Changes to Your Order

You can amend any order placed with M & M Wholesale Jewellery, provided that the order has not yet entered the dispatch process. We cannot make changes to orders that have already entered the dispatch process. If you would like to return any items in the order to us, after delivery, see Returns & Refunds.

Amending Orders

We can assist you in amending any orders you have placed by contacting us as soon as possible by completing the relevant form on our Contact Us page, but please take note of the following:
  • We begin processing orders almost as soon as they are placed, so it's not possible to cancel or change an order via our website.

  • However, we can process refunds and may be able to make changes if we haven't yet dispatched your order, so please contact us if you want to change your order.

Amending Gift Certificate Orders

Orders for e-mail Gift Certificates cannot be amended through "Your Account". If you wish to proceed with an amendment request for such an order, please Contact Us and let us know how you would like to change your order. We will do our best to fulfill your request.
