FREE - your order must total £100 or more.

Delivery Locations

We deliver to all parts of the UK, including England, Scotland (including islands), Northern Ireland, Wales, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.

Delivery Rates for Goods:

Items to be sent in UK by Royal Mail - up to value of £29.99 = £2.95
Items to be sent in UK by Royal Mail - £30.00 up to value of £99.99 = £3.95
Items to be sent in UK by Royal Mail - over value of £100 = FREE
Items to be sent out side UK- Please make a request for this service via our Contact Us page.

Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.

Delivery Schedule

Most items are held in stock and will be dispatched to you within 10-15 working days from receiving your order.

Please note, however, that we will always aim to meet the requirements of our clients. Therefore, in certain instances, we can bring our lead time forward. Please let us know if you have a specific delivery date requirement.

If you are resident in the UK or Ireland and have not received your goods within 21 days of placing an order, please contact us immediately by email. Replacement of missing parcels is at the discretion of M & M Wholesale Jewellery.

Should a product be out of stock, we'll notify you of the delay immediately. If that happens, we will ask if you prefer to cancel your order.
Whilst Royal Mail do deliver on Saturdays, Special Delivery items are not guaranteed to arrive on Saturdays
M & M Wholesale Jewellery do not dispatch orders to PO Boxes under any circumstances.
OVERSEAS ORDERS ARE PLACED AT THE CUSTOMERS RISK. M & M WHOLESALE JEWELLERY WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR OVERSEAS ORDERS LOST IN TRANSIT.

When will I receive my order?

We will usually deliver all items in stock within 10-15 working days as soon as payment has been received. For any items out of stock, you will be notified of the delivery date by email. In any event, we will advise by email once your order has been dispatched.
