Price Variances

Items in your Shopping Basket will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page, but it is also possible that an item's price may change between the time you place it in your basket and the time you purchase it.

Some discounts are limited-time offers. Also, as the discount we are able to offer for any item is dependent upon its availability, M & M Wholesale Jewellery's price will necessarily change on occasion.

When your card is charged

Your card is charged immediately by our online payment processor, PayPal.

If you have paid by cheque and we owe you a full or partial refund, we will send a refund cheque for the correct amount.

What we do about mispricings

Despite our best efforts, a small number of items in our catalogue may be mispriced. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures.

If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the item.

If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of that cancellation.

Price Matching

M & M Wholesale Jewellery does not price-match with other retailers. We do, however, consistently work toward maintaining competitive prices on everything we carry.

Bulk Discounts
